Trading Name 

Caesar BBQ UK is the trading name of Colossal Group Ltd. 

Terms & Conditions 

By placing an order with Caesar BBQ UK / Colossal Group Ltd you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions. 

Pricing 

Prices are correct at the time of publication. 

All prices are shown in GBP British Pound Sterling. 

All retail prices include VAT. 

Colossal Group reserve the right to change prices at any time. 

Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion and maybe subject to availability and whilst stocks last. 

Colossal Group Ltd may change the terms of any promotion or withdraw them at any time without prior notice. 

Colossal Group Ltd reserve the right to offer different promotions to different customers at our discretion. 

Payment 

Goods remain the property of Colossal Group Ltd until the balance is paid in full. 

Colossal Group Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery until funds have cleared into our bank account. 

Complaints Procedure 

If you are unhappy with the quality of our products or services, please email us at sales@caesarbbq.co.uk with details, including photos if possible and your order number.  We will respond within 5 working days and try to resolve the complaint. 

Returns, Refunds and Amendments 

Customers have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel and request a refund. 

Customers have 14 days from receiving the goods to return them. 

All goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale. 

Customers are required to return the goods at their own expense.  Alternatively, we can offer a collection service for which the cost will be quoted on request. 

We aim to process refunds when the goods are received and checked but refunds can take up to 14 days. 

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at sales@caesarbbq.co.uk. 

Colossal Group Ltd will offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to. 

In the event of a faulty item, we will offer a replacement item instead of a full refund.
